By the great beard of ZEUS!! The popularity of Greek myth-related TV action shows is still perking, and the suits in LA are tossing the dice of fate on a remake of the plastacine-monster God Ray Harryhausen’s eighties hit ‘Clash of the Titans’. There’s plenty of monster mashing potential in the story of Perseus and Hollywood stars are always suckers when it comes to playing Olympians gazing down at them thar proles below from a shiny marble room – second nature innit ?. So it’s CGI instead of plastacine (which is a shame, but then plastacine is SO expensive, apparently), some big names playing Zeus and Co. and no doubt some young buck from Dawson’s creek as Perseus. But the same rocking monsters - the Kraken, Two-headed dogs, Evil witches, and ooooh, the snake wigged one herself, Medusa !. Staff at Foocha are turning to stone already !.
